Just about two months ago, Karamanti released the single “letter 2 Ghana” on the Happy Bells
Rhythm, produced by Infectious Beats from Ghana. On the record she speaks
extensively about the importance for Ghanaian Dancehall artists to unite as
there seemed to be a lot of feuding going on among them at the time. Since its
release, the song has gotten a significant amount of attention especially from
key music insiders and dancehall enthusiasts.
Based on the immediate buzz, Karamanti and her promo team decided that it was important to shoot
an official video. The video was shot in Casia Park, Kingston, Jamaica at
Rokwon Recording Studio (by camera men Syrian and J-Starr) and it was edited by
Dennis CTM (EON) in Accra, Ghana.
